A Note From Dr. Ari Bernstein

Hi all,

As we approach the end of summer and as many begin school, I know that this year looks very different than years past. If you are a parent, you may be feeling stressed by all the changes for the academic school year. And I’m sure many are struggling to stay focused on goals as everything seems so uncertain.

For this newsletter I am sharing a few recent blogs I’ve written for The Success Network that I hope will help motivate you to stay focused on your goals and practice gratitude during this time. I’m also sharing an article and video from Brian Tracy and Jack Canfield, two of my fellow partners in The Success Network.

Thank you for your support!
