Hello there, I’m Debra Lee Fader!
The founder and president of Diversity-USA formally known Cultural Diversity Council. This queen of kindness has found joy and fulfillment in sharing the Value of Giving. She finds meaning in teaching people how to use kindness as a way of giving back to her community.
A dedicated servant to the Lord and to the people, she was the Mayor of the City of Montevideo, Minnesota from 2010 to 2018. She served as a Vice President for the Minnesota Mayors Association from 2016 to 2018 serving more than 700 Mayors representing various cities within the State of Minnesota. She was part of the Regional Board of Directors from 2012-2018 and an owner of the Sportsmen Inn from 1997 – 2018.

She is a Music and Theater graduate of the United States International University School of Performing Visual Arts in San Diego. She’s a chief Operations Director for Lionessa Records and Entertainment. She’s also been associated with Carnival Cruise Lines since 1990. She has performed her internationally renowned cabaret act.
Debra Lee Kristian, as known to her Latin American and Puerto Rican audience, was the first American to be featured as a regular weekly guest on the variety show in the Caribbean. She has appeared on stage in Las Vegas in the Stardust Hotel Production, “Lido de Paris.” She has played principal roles in major American musicals both in the U.S. and in Canada. She has appeared in films, commercials, and cable T.V. programs.

Affectionately known as “Deb” by her friends and coined “The Queen of Kindness” by her readers, Debra Lee reminds us that at the core, whether we are entrepreneurs, brand aficionados, or simply…human, we don’t care how much you know, we care how much you care.
Nearly 20 years ago, Deb was diagnosed with Primary-Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, a debilitating disease that can rob anyone of their kindness without anyone finding much fault with their reasoning. However, despite having every excuse to turn bitter and cold, Debra researched and examined practices and actionable methods to create a life of kindness around her.
